The SISfm Room Bookings module can optionally access timetable information from a CMIS (Central Management Information System) database, in which it uses the following:

| timetable.weekday | Values are 1 for Monday, etc., and must match ccalmaps.mapdate. | |
| timetable.siteid | Values correspond to site.site_code plus bl.build_no from the Facility database, separated by a space character. | |
| timetable.roomid timetable.roomgrpcode | Values correspond to rm.rm_id from the Facility database. Values of roomid may also be two rm.rm_id values separated by "/" to signify joint rooms. | |
| timetable.sourcesid | Values not 'TT' are displayed as ePortal bookings, when timetable tooltips display timetable.userchange, slotdetails.datecreated and slotdetails.notes. | |
